ACT© Comprehensive Course
Thursday Nights @ 6:30-9:30 – Full-Length Tests (Diagnostic, Midterm and Post-Test) and 7:00-9:00 pm on regular instruction time. Fall schedule will change to Sunday afternoons.

Session 1, June 22 @6:30-9:30pm– Timed full- length diagnostic tests covering all subjects that serve as pre-test. Create an individual learning plan based on the results of your diagnostic test. Identify your areas of needs and strengths. Homework assigned.
Session 2, June 29 @7:00-9:00pm – Math. Explicit focus lessons on topics covered on the tests, strategies on different types and formats of questions and proven strategies on test-taking skills. Instruction is followed by practice tests to quickly assess how your child is progressing through the concepts taught. Homework.
Session 3 , July 6 @ 7:00-9:00– Science. Explicit focus lessons on topics covered on the tests, strategies on different types and formats of questions and proven strategies on test-taking skills. Instruction is followed by practice tests to quickly assess how your child is progressing through the concepts taught. Homework.
Session 4 , July 13 @ 7:00-9:00pm. English & Reading. ACT© Timed Tests Score Booster
This course is great for students who already have some familiarity with the concepts, skills and strategies but might benefit from test-taking skills, automaticity and more strategies.
Take the ACT on Saturday nights, then discuss it with licensed teachers on Sunday nights. Discussions are in the format of small group of 2-3 students and individual students. Your choice to do one weekend or several weekends for automaticity and speed.
Timed Tests: Saturday nights at 5:00-8:00 pm in Tysons, starting September until December.
Class Discussion on Sundays at 5:00-7:00pm in Tysons starting September until December.
Fees:$165 per set of tests followed by two-hour class discussion
Packages for timed tests with discussion: $560 for 4 timed tests ($100 savings); $1020 for 8 timed tests ($300 savings); $1975 for 16 timed tests ($665 savings).
ACT© Subject Prep Score Booster
Session 1 – Short subject diagnostic. Instruction. Introduction of test format, content and test language common in the actual test. Learning plan tailored to the results of the test. Homework.
Session 2 – Explicit instruction followed by timed practice tests. Homework.
Session 3 – Strategic review followed by timed practice tests. Homework.
Session 4 – Full-length practice test. Post test review and strategies. Devise and create another learning plan.
Four consecutive weeks taught by licensed teachers who have in-depth knowledge of the students. This course starts with short subject diagnostic test every 1st session followed by explicit focus lessons, timed practice tests for progress monitoring.
Fees: $698 per subject for 4 consecutive sessions.

Class Structure:

1:15-4:00pm Diagnostic testing in Reading and English followed by test-taking concepts introduction and practice; Homework and practice tests assignments.
Days 2 to 4. Review of Homework and Timed Practice Tests per subject (Math, Science, Reading and Writing/Language); Continuation of test-taking strategies, test format and test language and concepts based on the results of the timed tests. In-depth instruction and strategy conferences with individual students. Progress Monitoring. Re-identification of learning plans and targets. Homework and practice tests assignments.
Day 5– Timed Full- Length Tests (All Subjects). Review. In-depth strategy and individual student conferences. Modification of learning plans and individual goals.
