Class Structure for New Enrollees
- Session 1 – Introduction of test format, content and test language. Constructed Response Lesson. Explicit instruction of scientific investigation and the scientific method; strategies for scientific investigation questions. Practice questions with review.
- Session 2 – Review homework. Explicit instruction on types of graphs and interpretation of data. Strategies for data interpretation and constructed response. Practice questions with review.
- Session 3 – Review homework. Explicit instruction on evaluation of models, inferences, and experimental results. Testing strategies and constructed response. Practice questions with review.
- Session 4 – Full-length practice test. Post-test review and strategies. Devise and create follow- up learning plan.
Homework will be assigned for sessions 1-3; homework will be reviewed at the start of each class.
Four consecutive weeks taught by licensed teachers who have in-depth knowledge of the students.
Class Structure for Advanced Learners (those who have taken our classes)
Session 1 – Review of Aspire test format, content and test language. Explicit instruction of scientific investigation, interpretation of data, and evaluation of models, inferences, and experimental results. Constructed Response Lesson.
Session 2 –Review homework. Go over strategies for timing and pacing. Structured practice questions with review.
Session 3 – Review homework. Timed practice questions with review.
Session 4 – Full-length practice test. Post-test review and strategies. Devise and create follow-up learning plan.
Homework will be assigned for sessions 1-3; homework will be reviewed at the start of each class.
Fees: $698 per subject for 4 consecutive sessions.
